Each month, our team highlights a Dish of the Month, showcasing flavours our guests love.

For this month, we’re delighted to feature the Southern Fried Chicken Caesar Burger — a crispy southern fried Irish chicken on a toasted bun with baby gem, lettuce, fresh parmesan, smoked maple bacon, caesar dressing, served with side salad and a choice of skinny chips or chunky chips. It’s a comforting, flavour-packed choice that is already proving popular.
